Application and Competition
We invite applications from graduating high school seniors throughout the country.
The Reagan Leadership Program is prepared to offer fellowships to four outstanding student leaders. Fellows are selected through an application process that culminates in one of two scholarship competitions scheduled for November 2025. Depending on their location, students may compete on-campus or virtually. Based on their performance in the scholarship competition, as well as their high school GPA, application statement, and resume, finalists will be invited to interview via Zoom with the fellowship selection committee in late November. Fellowship offers will be made in early December.
