Our Mission
The Ronald W. Reagan Leadership Program develops undergraduate students into leaders prepared to make transformational changes in their communities, classrooms, and careers. Through a combination of coursework, guided peer and instructor leadership training, international travel, and career mentorship, the Ronald W. Reagan Leadership Program positions students as the next generation of leaders who think critically, communicate purposefully, and innovate creatively. The Ronald W. Reagan Leadership Program embraces a broad understanding of leadership, one that takes seriously the notion that leaders come from diverse backgrounds and lead based upon unique experiences.
Our Values
Students in the Ronald W. Reagan Leadership Program develop essential skills for success, including relationship building, community care, problem solving, and critical analysis. The program emphasizes global awareness, intercultural understanding, conflict management, inclusivity, professionalism, and career networking, while also guiding participants in setting and achieving goals.
